We fly new Diamond DA-40FP. This is a 180 horse power, fixed gear, fixed pitch propeller, four seat aircraft.

Our Diamond aircraft is a perfect training aircraft. It is quick to respond to pilot inputs as well as having great performance with the sleek rivet free wings. Private pilot maneuvers are similar to any low wing aircraft. It’s outfitted with the Garmin G-1000 glass cockpit.

The glass cockpit offers quick easy to read information. The amount of up front knowledge available all the time is incredible. Garmin has a history of being the leader in avionics, going back to the start of the GPS back in the early 90’s. As far as learning the G-1000, pilots are amazed at how quickly the glass cockpit can be mastered. Even with its many functions, pilots are able to learn the system in just a few flights. During your test flight and you will be amazed how enjoyable a glass cockpit is to fly with!
